very beautiful cobalt blue Bouffioulx sandstone jug from the collection ‘Breughel’ with incised decoration of dancing couples . Enhanced with brown-grey colored enamels on the lip, neck, and base of the jug. The piece is shaped by hand and glazed using the innovative salt glazing technique.
